Main Description

The overall technical design should be used to develop an implementation plan for the technical elements required by a transition. The purpose of this task is to update the initial technical design into its final version that incorporates any revisions to the requirements of the engagement along that may have occurred. That final design then is used to create a comprehensive implementation plan.
